Authorization Of Use

Any person is authorized to view the information, images, texts, documents and all other content posted on the IADMS web site for informational purposes only. IADMS may modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting on the IADMS web site. IADMS reserves the right to restrict access to its web site or the contents contained therein.  All users are responsible to review regularly the contents of this Notice to determine the terms and conditions contained herein.

Passwords and Security

IADMS members will receive a user name and password for access to the IADMS web site.  This user name and password will remain active even if your IADMS membership expires, but with more limited access. This user name and password is for the member's or past member's sole (personal) use.  Members and past members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name and password.  You agree that you are solely responsible to IADMS for any activity that occurs using your user name and password.  If you become aware of the use of your user name and password by other persons, you agree to notify IADMS immediately.  See the 'Contact Us' page for email addresses.

Trademarks

The names, logos and taglines identifying IADMS's products and services are proprietary marks of IADMS.  Other trademarks appearing on the IADMS web site may be owned by unaffiliated entities.

Content Submission

Certain areas of the IADMS web site provide for the exchange of information between the user and IADMS.  Any submission by the user becomes the property of IADMS and the user, by submitting such content, represents that it holds title to and the right to use such content and grants IADMS the right to use the content of those submissions in accordance with IADMS's privacy policy. In no event will IADMS or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be held liable for its use of such content.

Third Party Intellectual Property

Individuals who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed by unauthorized use of their protected works appearing at the IADMS web site may contact IADMS and request that the infringing materials be removed or that access to it be blocked.

Political Activities

IADMS is a not-for-profit corporation, organized under United States of America laws and regulations [Section 501(c)(3)],  and as such does not participate in any political activities.  Users are prohibited from participating in political activities while in the discussion sections of this web site.
