IMPORTANT: This registration page is for NEW MEMBERS ONLY.
If you have been a member of IADMS at any time in the past and your membership has expired, do NOT use this page to join IADMS. Instead, you must first login to the IADMS web site. This will locate your past membership file. Instructions for recovering your user name and/or password, if necessary, are available on the login page. Once you have logged in, proceed to the Dues Renewal page to pay your membership dues.

Membership in IADMS is open to any individual who is actively connected with the healthcare, education, administration, and supervision of dancers and/or is a member of the dance community.
Membership is on a rolling 12 month basis beginning on the date your completed application is received in the IADMS office. You will receive a reduced registration fee at the current year Annual Meeting if your completed application is received by August 1. Application processing time is approximately 8 weeks.
Only completed applications will be considered. Students must send proof of their full-time status via mail, email or fax - your application cannot be processed until this is received. If it is determined that you do not meet the requirements for the membership category requested, you will be billed for any difference in fees.
